Jewelry
All the jewelry is handmade with love and passion. Every items is unique and different. It is possible that the jewelry may be different from the photos on the website. The materials we work with are carefully selected. We used stainless steel and nickel free material, so everybody can wear our jewelry, even when you have an allergic. Also, the color of the jewelry don't change. If you have a sensitive skin, then watch out with perfume, water and cream. The jewelry can oxidize, like real gold and silver.
When we send your order, we check our jewelry well. It is always possible that something going wrong. So it's very important what our guarantee is. Our warranty time is 8 days. If the problem shows that it is a mistake of 2 THE MOON 'N BACK, we'll help and take care of everything.
The following problems are not covered under our warranty:
- Wear and tear
- Damage because of water, perfume and cream
- Lost and theft
Clothes & Accessories
It is possible that the clothes and accessoires may be different from the photos on the website. The materials we work with are carefully selected.

Shipping
This is an indication. We have no influence on postal services. All orders will be shipped from our warehouse in The Netherlands. If you ordered only jewelry it fits through the mailbox. If you ordered clothes (and jewelry) it is a package.
Our delivery time:
- The Netherlands - 1 to 2 business days
- Belgium, Germany & Luxembourg - 3 to 5 business days
- Rest of Europe - 5 to 8 business days

Duties and taxes assessed by customs are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns
Is your order not what you expected? You can order within 8 days after you have received your oder. Simply fill in the form here below.
The buyer is responsible for preparing and shipping the return shipment. 2 THE MOON 'N BACK strongly advises any buyer who want to return his/her order to choose a secured shipment method. Return shipments take place at the risk of the buyer. In cas of a return shipment goes missing, you must be able to provide a shipment receipt. Unidentifiable return shipments can not be processed.
Refund
The repayment of your order will happen automatically and we'll transfer the money back to your bankaccount or credit card, depending on which method was chosen to pay the original order. It will might take up to 10 business days, depending on you bank and country.
NOTE: Return costs are for your own account! You can't return earrings, because of the hygiene.
